Because of the private nature of infidelity, those in the group are held to a high standard that I go over in the welcome video. To this day, there has never been a single breach of privately shared information inside the group. If it ever occurred, the offender would be removed from the group immediately.
Many therapy models encompass being great listeners and validating their clients feelings. While this is very helpful to a point, my coaching is about teaching my clients to learn how to validate themselves, change internal painful narratives that are keeping them stuck, and co-create a life they are so thrilled to live in. Time is spent looking in the past, but the majority of our work is looking to the future and what you most want there.
